Yamaha Announces Winners of 2024 Road Music Challenge, Inspires Kenya’s Young Talent


     Yamaha, a trusted name in bikes, services, and parts in Kenya, has unveiled the winners of the 2024 Road Music Challenge in a vibrant ceremony that celebrated the culmination of a month-long competition. The event, held with much anticipation, marked a milestone in uncovering and showcasing the immense musical talent of Kenya’s youth.

    The competition, which brought together young artists from across the country, sought to empower aspiring musicians while creating a platform to share their creativity and stories. Judged by industry legends Nazizi, Wyre Da Love Child, and Producer Riccobeatz, the event provided a unique opportunity for contestants to gain valuable feedback and insights. The judges lauded the participants for their raw talent, passion, and resilience throughout the competition.

     Mr. Nakamura Kazunori, Yamaha Motors East Africa Regional Representative, expressed Yamaha’s commitment to nurturing young talent. “This competition is more than just a platform; it’s a movement to inspire creativity and bring the dreams of young musicians to life.      Adding to this, Mr. Cleon Oguya, Yamaha Brand Manager, emphasized the importance of initiatives like the Road Music Challenge in creating meaningful connections between Yamaha and the communities it serves. “Music has the power to unite and inspire. Through this competition, we have witnessed the transformative impact of providing a stage for young talent to shine,” he said.
