The transformation of our public service lies at the heart of national development,” Dr. Imbunya said. “Kenyans expect a government that listens, acts, and delivers. I am honored to lead this department at a time when innovation, integrity, and inclusivity are more critical than ever.”

As Kenya continues its journey toward a more responsive and citizen-focused public service, citizens anticipate increased transparency, professional service delivery, and strategic human capital initiatives that support youth employment and national productivity.
